CUBIC were contacted by a leading UK security solutions company on behalf of their client (a well known parcels delivery organisation) to provide secure caging enclosures for all of their nationwide depots, in order to safely hold high value goods (such as laptop computers) for onward transit.
The project requirement was for CUBIC to survey each depot and assess the storage volume required, together with the actual space available - this was then followed by a detailed CAD drawing to enable the client to approve the advised solution. Upon receipt of sanction, CUBIC proceeded to manufacture and install to the agreed specification for each individual site, right across the UK.
CUBIC provided dedicated Project and Installation Managers to liaise with the end user for the duration of the proect, contributing to the fact that all sites were installed to programme and on budget, thus enabling the end user to meet a critical operational commitment made to one of their own high value clients.
- CUBIC carried out detailed site surveys to confirm the location and dimesions of each secure enclosure.
- Comprehensive CAD drawing(s) were then produced for evaluation and approval for each site.
- A range of modular cage modules and doors was produced, together with ceiling panels, to allow rapid-roll out across the UK.
- A unique locking solution was sourced to meet the end users strict requirements pertaining to security and budget.
