
When Lloyds TSB had a requirement to move hundreds of staff in a multi-floor restack project (involving multiple date critical phases), they chose to use Cubic - thanks to our impressive track record in multi-discipline Move and Change projects.
The project required an integrated approach to space planning, facilities management and storage provision - meaning that Cubic - with our total space management philosophy - could offer all of our skills and services as a unique 'one-stop shop', thus greatly accelerating project planning and delivery times.
Our role entailed evaluation, programming, managing and moving hundreds of staff on five separate floors in combination with various refurbishment works, including new storage, furniture, office partitions, reception area and shop front.
