We were engaged by Lloyds Bank Group in a Change Management role for the complete re-fit, of a major HO Building, housing in excess of 2,000 staff.

Value of project


The aims were to provide new ways of working in  both Agile & Collaborative formats, at ratio, for the predominantly IT related population. Our responsibility involved complete programme management, including all project reporting & detailed comms, to both the project team & business unit directorates.
We chaired weekly forums with all parties, as well as bi-weekly sessions with the client to track progress.
The oversight role included the programme management of all elements including Construction, Agile Working, IT, Moves & the client’s end user engagement.
