Because not all problems can be solved using proprietary products, we believe that in order to provide a truly comprehensive and therefore, valued service to our clients, we sometimes have to ‘go the extra mile’ and design a solution from ‘scratch’.
We have a great deal of experience in providing ‘custom made’ solutions to a variety of problems, using various materials in different ways to achieve the overall objective.
Although this element of our work is not ‘rocket science’ it demonstrates our adaptability and willingness to pursue ‘other avenues’ in order to help solve our clients problems. Here are some examples of previous challenges we have taken on and solved.
A major UK bank needed a demountable 2 hour fire room to be installed within a central operations HQ.
Canary Wharf management engaged us to design, build and install a removeable protective case for a motor room, through which routine maintenance would be carried out.
A major global credit card company needed special sized staff lockers in a limited space to satisfy their security requirements.
As part of a larger fit out package we designed and built a purpose made solution.
A national bank required a “bespoke locker solution” to satisfy stringent security requirements within their printing facility.
We designed and built this custom made equipment which fully satisfied their requirements.
Lloyds TSB had a requirement to build Post Rooms within several Operations Centres throughout the UK.
They employed our services to design and build purpose made benching and pigeonhole in order to maximise the given space, whilst ensuring the equipment would stand the ‘wear & tear’ imposed by their high throughput.
A leading UK convenience store chain required special size ‘in store’ trolleys in order to maximise efficiency during their short re-stocking cycle.
Cubic designed and built 3 types of unit for use in a national roll-out programme.
